Looking serious & unfriendly guy, often using cell phone at the reception is LEO, our baby receptionist and younger brother of MARCO.
you may think that he is not interested in work, but, ACTUALLY, HE IS SHY, REALLY... THAT'S WHY... :-P
so, if you have any help and questions, please don't hagetate to tell him. he is nice and gentle to the guests(also he is the one who knows better about florence.

When you come in to the hostel you'll see our friendly & multi-language speaker, marco. he met lots lots of guests from all over the world in here for 15 years and loves very much working with them and helping them.
for the best stay with us, he recommands not to miss our freshly cooked breakfast and italian coffee in the morning, relax in our garden, having a drink with hostel-mates in terrace.
